Happy Holi.

Not getting a home cooked delicious healthy food is acceptable for majority of  people like me who live away from there home(and mom),what is not acceptable is the yucky food available in office cafe,tasteless,disturbingly ugly and sometimes just u cant think of eating that thing bad.

So i decided to take matters in my hand!I decided to prepare salad for myself!I went vegetable shopping then followed the washing,cutting,chopping and decorating stuff..

The result was yummy,healthy and fulfilling.Love it.I wish some one in my office delivers such salads!
